Breakfast For babies

 Quick Breakfast Recipies

Are you worried about your baby’s breakfast every day? We, parents, want our breakfast to be quick and healthy. Babies and toddlers also wake up early in the morning so we have to make their breakfast early and quickly. If you are a working parent then you will have less than half an hour to make breakfast for you and your baby if you get up a little late in the morning. Here I will share with you some of the quickest and healthiest breakfast options for both you and your baby.
Babies and toddlers usually have breastmilk and formula milk after they wake up in the morning before one year of age. After one year they will have whole milk or cow milk right after waking up in the morning. After one year of age, it’s up to you if you want to give cow milk before breakfast or after breakfast. I prefer to give cow milk after one or two hours of having breakfast. If you give it before breakfast then there are chances that your baby might not have breakfast properly as the milk can make your baby’s stomach full and all your hard work in making the food might go to waste. If you want to give milk before breakfast then make sure you give it one to two hours before breakfast.
We all know that babies start eating solids after 6 months of age. So we want our baby to explore all the flavors of food available in the kitchen and outside. But this is not true. Your baby’s stomach is still developing and he will not be able to digest some foods before one year of age. So when you start introducing solids start with simple easily digestible foods like fruit purees.
