Quick Baby Recipies

pregnancy and baby care

When we are busy with our routine or office work we prefer quick recipes for us and for our babies. Babies from 6 months to one year love eating porridge and fruit purees and juices. These recipes can also be travel-friendly. And babies love them. So without wasting any time let’s look at these recipes. All these recipes are very healthy and very good for brain and body development. These recipes have to be given at mealtime, not for snacks for babies less than one year.

While introducing peanuts, check for any allergies. If you see any allergies then stop using them in your baby’s food. Consult your doctor about when and how to use them.

The other quick recipes are of course cereals and cornflakes. I don’t see them much healthy as they are packaged foods and contain some preservatives.
